A SMIITY tem um novo add-on: um painel de an\u00e1lise. A partir desta plataforma, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel analisar o comportamento dos utilizadores na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, tais como os conte\u00fados mais vistos em geral ou por cidade.<\/p>\n
Com o painel de an\u00e1lise da SMIITY, temos acesso a todos os dados relativos \u00e0 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. Por exemplo, os Top 10 dos conte\u00fados mais visualizados (por n\u00fameros e percentagens) e os far\u00f3is que mais interagiram com cidad\u00e3os e turistas. Para melhores conclus\u00f5es, todos os conte\u00fados podem ser analisados em diferentes per\u00edodos: \u00faltimos 7 dias, \u00faltimos 30 dias, \u00faltimos 90 dias e desde sempre. \u00c9 tamb\u00e9m poss\u00edvel descarregar um ficheiro CSV com toda a informa\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n
Os dados apresentados no painel de an\u00e1lise da SMIITY s\u00e3o complementados com gr\u00e1ficos din\u00e2micos e interactivos, divididos em 3 categorias: Utilizadores (visitas e subscri\u00e7\u00f5es), Conte\u00fado (Not\u00edcias, Eventos, POIS, Social e Percursos) e Beacons (Notifica\u00e7\u00f5es Push). \u00c0 semelhan\u00e7a dos Top 10, podemos escolher o per\u00edodo de tempo que queremos analisar (\u00faltimos 7 dias, \u00faltimos 30 dias, \u00faltimos 90 dias e desde sempre).<\/p>\n

From this platform, it is possible to analyze the behavior of users in the app,\u00a0 such as the most viewed contents in general or by city.\r\n\r\nWith SMIITY's analytics dashboard, we have access to all data regarding the app use. For instance the Top 10 of most viewed contents (by numbers and percentages) and the beacons that interacted the most with citizens and tourists. For better conclusions, all contents can be analyzed in different periods: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days and since ever. It is also possible to download a CSV file with all the necessary information.\r\n\r\nSMIITY's dashboard displayed data is complemented with dynamic and interactive graphics, divided in 3 categories: Users (visits and subscriptions), Content (News, Events, POIS, Social and Trails) and Beacons (Push Notifications).
