Created by the Portuguese technology company mobinteg, SMIITY – SMart Interactive cITY is an app destined to citizens and tourists, accompanying them in the exploration of a certain destination, region, building or monument, while teaching about the history, but also the actuality. The goal? To promote smart tourism and turn cities into smart destinations.

Free and compatible with iOS and Android devices, SMIITY offers citizens and tourists an alternative to conventional tour guides since it allows access to all relevant, local and contextual information of a destination through the smartphone. Users can also share content that interests them on social media, bookmark them, or access a custom event calendar.
